who we are
how purplegold came to be
in spring of 2018, while attending a fitness competition in California, the Smiths tried acai for the first time. You could say it was LOVE AT FIRST BITE, as the plans to start an acai food truck in their hometown of Great Falls, MT had began at that very moment!
as current gym owners, they wanted to provide Great Falls with a delicious & nutritious food option, & thus PURPLEGOLD was born.
plans were drawn, goals were made & action was took! they bought a bus that Ryan remodeled throughout the winter & Ashley began the search of finding & creating the most unique & best tasting bowls possible. in spring of 2019, the doors opened & PURPLEGOLD become a reality!

we honestly value a healthy, balanced lifestyle, which for us doesn't only mean well-worn gym apparel & eating nutritious food, but is also measured by meaningful relationships. PG allows us to fulfill all these things & that makes us forever grateful!
as we enter our 6th year of PURPLEGOLD, we are excited to serve you & are humbled by the support we continue to receive! when we started PG, our ultimate goal & motivator was to establish a business that didn't control our lives, but rather one that complimented it! thank you for your healthy obsession with PG, as we know none of this would be possible without YOU!
